Welcome to VenomEX. You can register with VenomEX in three simple steps:
Once you have created a username and password on the VenomEX platform, you will need to provide the following information:
Anyone who is over 18 years of age and meets the eligibility conditions can register with VenomEX.
Completing the form from your side takes 4-5 minutes. After your submission, we will take up to 3 business days to complete your registration process. You will be notified about your onboarding status on your registered email.
Your documents may be getting rejected due to any of the below reasons:
- Image is of poor resolution: The image should be minimum 300 DPI resolution
- Image contains glares or reflections
- All the corners of the uploaded or scanned document are not visible: Upload an image that has been taken from a distance with all corners of the document clearly visible, as shown below.
If you still face challenges in uploading your documents, scan the QR code displayed on the registration page (or displayed alongside) to continue registration from your cell phone.
While your login credentials are highly secure, you can further secure your account using the Two Factor Authentication (2FA). We support 2FA via Google Authenticator. To set up Google Authenticator, follow the below steps:
- Download the Google Authenticator app from the App Store or Google Play
- On Yoshi Markets Trading portal click on Profile
- Under Settings, click on ‘Add 2FA’ and opt for Authenticator App
To change your password at any time, follow the below steps:
- Click on your profile at the top right corner of the Portal
- Select “Change Password”
- On the page displayed, enter your old password, and new password and confirm
You can reset your password by following the below steps:
- Click ‘Reset Password’ on the login page of the trading platform
- Enter your registered email address and submit
- The password reset link will be sent to your email
- Note that the password reset link will be available for 1 hour
